Shipping & Delivery

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot add or subtract items.
  • The price is inclusive of delivery for the following zip codes/areas.
  • We deliver only to the following zip codes:
    77040 , 77041, 77064, 77065, 77095, 77070, 77069, 77433, 77381, 77080, 77377, 77429, 77380
  • All orders will be hand delivered.
  • All designer arrangements must be ordered 48 hours ahead of expected delivery date.
  • Orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. for next day delivery.
  • We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Holiday Deliveries:

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 48 hours prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

P.O. Boxes:

We are unable to deliver flowers to P.O. Box addresses.

Incorrect Addresses:

If shipping address is incorrect, it will be treated as a sale. Birch and Maple does not take responsibility for false or incorrect addresses. There are no refunds/store credits where the shipping address is incorrect.

Not at Home:

Unless stated otherwise, if there is no one in, we will leave your flowers in a safe place outside your front door. You will receive a text message once your flowers have been delivered. Birch& Maple does not offer refunds as store credits for “Not at Home” deliveries.

Recipient may be contacted:

In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure that the recipient will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to leave item at door:

The customer assumes all liability in case the customer is unable to collect the flowers in person. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Birch and Maple cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery:

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, the customer is fully liable for the cost of the product. There will be no refund or exchange.

Card Messages:

The message that is written in the Card Message field is the message that will be sent with your flower arrangement/bouquet. We will not include any billing information with your order.

Price & Payment

  • We accept Master, Visa, American Express and PayPal.
  • We do not accept cash on delivery
  • To process all online payment we use secure online system. We are PCI data security standard compliant.
  • For all corporate and event contracts, payments must be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Late payments will incur a delayed/late payment fee of 5% of the bill amount. This initial 5% will be added for every 30 day period till the full amount is received.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours before the date of delivery for a full refund as store credit.

All product refunds are limited to the bill amount. The refunded amount is provided as a store credit. The store credit needs to be exhausted within a month from the date of receiving the store credit. Store credit cannot be combined with other promotional offers or on arrangements/bouquets that are listed in special offers.

Flower care

Flowers are like us. They need love and care to keep them happy. To last long flowers need fresh clean water and if possible re-cutting of the stem to prevent rotting. Flowers prefer cool and calm, please keep them away from direct sunlight.

In case of arrangements take some clean water in a spray bottle and mist lightly. Doing this will keep the flowers looking fresh longer. Do not over spray.

Availability of Flowers

Our aim is to bring premium quality fresh flowers sourced from all over the world to our customers.

Our designers carefully select flowers each morning to bring to our customers the best blooms. The arrangement that is selected while ordering reflects only the style. Natural flowers change with time resulting in variation in color and bloom. However, the designers at Birch & Maple will work hard to ensure that the final product is closest to what you see on the website.

If you want a certain flower to be included in your arrangement please mention the same in the special instruction section. We will do our best to include it for you. The fulfillment of the special flowers is subject to availability.

Substitution may occur in generic Items such as:

  • Decorative Element
  • Colors of fresh flowers
