What can I say every time I utilize this company they always exceed my expectations. I currently live in Austin Texas, but my fiancé lives in Houston. Let me start by saying the level of customer service is beyond excellent. The arrangement was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the complete experience was beyond my expectations. We had an issue with delivery, a mistake on my part, but Dee went above and beyond to ensure the recipient got the arrangement, she delivered them herself after hours when she didn’t have to go through that trouble. Hands down one of the BEST experiences. I will be a forever customer for any future floral needs. Thanks again Dee for all your help!
