I live in Ohio and need a very dependable yet cost-effective florist to service my needs in the Houston area. Birch & Maple have exceeded my expectations each time I’ve used their services. One example is that they keep me apprised each step along the way and cap it off by sending me a video of the recipient at delivery. That special touch alone has endeared me to this establishment and the service team members. I would totally recommend them to anyone within the area or out of state.

They were so professional and friendly! I enjoyed working with them. They did a beautiful job on the spray I had ordered for a funeral. They texted me a picture to see if there was anything I wanted to add. They sent me final texts of it and it was beautiful. They also texted me when it was delivered! I ordered flowers from Birch & Maple from across the country, fully expecting a little bit of “hope for the best” energy… and instead got the most thoughtful, above-and-beyond experience ever.
Not only did they create a gorgeous arrangement, but they actually sent me a video of the flowers before delivery—like a proud parent showing off their overachieving child—and then followed it up with a photo of the recipient with the flowers when they arrived. I mean… who does that?? (Answer: legends.)
The whole experience felt so personal and caring, like they were just as invested in making someone’s day as I was. 10/10, no notes, would absolutely trust them again! ?

Amazing customer service!

Let me start by saying the level of customer service is beyond excellent. The arrangement was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the complete experience was beyond my expectations. We had an issue with delivery, a mistake on my part, but Dee went above and beyond to ensure the recipient got the arrangement, she delivered them herself after hours when she didn’t have to go through that trouble. Hands down one of the BEST experiences. I will be a forever customer for any future floral needs. Thanks again Dee for all your help!
